Development objection submissions
This service typically involves a review of the Development Application plans and supporting documentation against the relevant planning and development controls applying to the proposed development on the site, a visit to the site and neighbouring property to determine the nature and extent of any proposed impacts (such as overlooking, overshadowing, view loss, etc.) and the preparation of a written submission to Council. A Council visit may also be required in circumstances where documentation of relevance to the assessment is not available for viewing on Council's website.
