Statements of Environmental Effects

A Statement of Environmental Effects is required to be submitted with each and every Development Application to Council, and provides an assessment of a proposed development, the subject of the Development Application, against all relevant development objectives, standards and controls contained in the applicable Local and State Environmental Plans, Council Development Control Plans and Policies applying to the proposed development on the site.
